Lumin L1 5tb not showing on Windows 10

Hi,

I have a Lumin L1 5tb and when I connect it to my computer running Windows 10 it does not appear as a drive. I use the cable provided in the box. The L1 is visible from the Synology NAS interface.

How to troubleshoot?

Please try a different USB port of the PC, and a different USB cable.

I had a similar issue, use another USB cable.
