Lumin Firmware 14

@wklie, thanks for being always available and helping us out with trouble shooting.
Can you help me with this situation? My Lumin D2 just went dead. The RJ45 network are on, but it doesn´t wake up, or apear in Roon and Lumin App. Front pannel is off. I connect it to a Mitrastar G3P 2731 Router. I did the whole process 4 times at least. Power down modem, Lumin, Lumin App and devices with Roon. Started turning on the Router, the Roon Core, then the Lumin D2, then other devices. I tried this power cycle at least 5 times. No signal from my beloved Lumin D2. It can´t be found on Lumin app4.1.0, or Roon 1.8 Build 814. Any idea of what´s going on? Many thanks!
 
Firmware 14.2 received and downloaded
Peter, do you have any comments about the last firmware?
 
Peter..I upgraded to 14.2 tonight and when I opened the lumen app I had lost all my Qobuz albums. I rebooted my iPad and the app still shows '0' albums..thoughts..
 
Jack..actually that didn’t work. For a second the initial album pics showed up but when I tried to go to my albums it said ‘o’ albums again…
 
Please reboot your iPad. If you have another iOS device or Android device, please try it.
 
Glad it finally worked Dave. I think both Qobuz and Lumin both had the upgrades in the last couple of days so may have caused it. The Lumin upgrade was pretty major too.

We have not changed login-related code for 10 months, but I have another customer having an issue with Qobuz in the past few days.

The fix has already been released in Lumin product line since Firmware 14.1. I'm pushing to have it released on the product line you use. You should be able to have it very soon. Your particular model is refreshed and got a very significant price increase, by the way.
 
Thanks Peter. I had been following the pre-release info on the UD-701 with the new DAC architecture but wasn't quite prepared for the $1500 price increase as that was a good bit more than originally thought.

A belated response to your request for comments on sq for 14.2. I only downloaded it a couple of days ago as I was "stuck" on the beta firmware. To my ears there is a significant improvement from beta to 14.2 for soundstage depth and breadth and instrument separation. I am a happy chap!
Using T2 with Ayre AX5 Twenty and Vivid Giya G3's and listening to classical orchestral and solo instrument music.
