Lumin D2 Middle Atlantic Faceplate?

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a Middle Atlantic custom faceplate for the D2? I want to purchase a D2 to go in my MA rack but need a custom faceplate. Or do Lumin make one. I am not in the US otherwise I would send in a D2 to MA to get one made.
