Lumin App - showing 0's

Ever since updating to 7.2.0 the Lumin App occasionally shows 0's next to Artist, Albums, etc. It happened again tonight - completely restarted router, modem, turned off/on U1 mini, signed out/in of Qobuz - still shows 0's. Had to switch to Qobuz app to find music, etc.

Has this been happening to anyone else - are there certain settings I should verify, etc. I purchased the U1 mini in December and it worked flawlessly until version 7.2.0?

Works fine for me, both at 7.2.0 and 7.2.1. However, I stream nothing. All my files are on a hard drive direct attached to my X1.
 
Ive had that happen in qobuz a few times. I think I restarted the ipad or maybe logged out/in of qobuz to fix it
 
Please try setting DNS to 8.8.8.8 in the router, and power cycle the whole network including the router, iPad and Lumin.
 
Thanks everyone – I think the only thing I didn’t do was restart the iPad. I’m running IOS 14.8.1 at the moment. Would be curious what IOS version iPad owners are using and if that makes any difference.

I’m using the Lumin with a wireless access point (setup as a client) to provide a tethered connection. Not sure if there is a reliability issue there – perhaps another access point is something to try as well.

If changing DNS settings – where should this be done on the access point or router? I’m not real comfortable changing things when everything else in the house works fine.

Looks like Roon is forthcoming.

That version had some fixes that can really mess with the ipad itself.. Back when 14.8 came out they had these reported problems . The current list of iPadOS 14 problems includes installation issues, Exchange problems, issues with first and third-party apps, issues with Face ID, UI lag, Wi-Fi issues, and Bluetooth issues.

I'm on 15.3.1. ( I have a 4th gen and a 6th gen ipad)...
 
Interestingly I had a similar issue today. I use a direct attached hard drive for my music, and on Friday I attach it to my laptop after I download two new albums from HD Tracks. When I reattached it to my X1 the ‘Rock’ category/directory was empty/blank on my iPad Mini. Nothing was shown. The other directories (Classical, Jazz, etc.) were okay. I then reattached the drive to the computer, and the directory was fine. I reattached to the Lumin and nothing was displayed. I then checked it with my old iPhone 7, and everything was fine. I then again tried my iPad and now everything was fine. Listening to my new music now. This was the first time I have had that issue with either my previous S1 and now the X1.
