Lumin app only showing album covers without any text

I am using a Lumin T2 and a Samsung Tab A and a Samsung S7 phone. The app is the 3.0.6 version. The phone works perfectly. The Tablet only shows the album cover. (no text at all) I have uninstalled the app a couple times and it did not correct the problem. The Linn Kazoo app on the Tablet work like it should. Any ideas on what I should do short of switching to Apple.
 
We have been investigating this issue, and have some ideas that may fix it even though it does not show up on our Nexus 9 tablet.
 
Just wanted to thank Peter for taking the time thru emails to resolve the issue I was having. Lumin products are very good on there own, but when you consider the support from the company, it truly puts them a cut above there there competition.
