Lumin App Not Opening on Mac

  • L1 serves as a USB drive, not a network file server. It only appears on the computer if you connect a USB cable from the computer to the L1.
  • If the L1 is in NTFS format, Mac needs additional software to be able to read it
  • If the computer should be capable of reading the file system, try doing a file system scan and repair on the computer (do it from Windows if in NTFS format). Alternatively, re-format the L1.
  • If Lumin app cannot see U2 Mini on the network, disable computer firewall, and grant all network permissions especially Local Network to the Lumin app

Hi Wklie, thank you so much for the quick reply!
My L1 is connected to a Mac mini via USB cable, and yet the Mac mini doesn't recognize the Lumin L1!

Lumin L1 is formatted in FAT 32

I released the permissions in the firewall, but it didn't connect!

Maybe it's a problem with Apple M computers, because when I connect the Lumin L1 (USB cable) to an old Macbook (Catalina) it works perfectly!
