Lumin and Esoteric app not recognizing streamer

I ran a firmware update and now my apps don’t recognize the streamer. Suggestions?

I’m having an issue as well with Firmare update 19.0C. I installed it this evening. I’ve sent a message to Peter as this is the first ever update I’ve had (Lumins S1, X1 and Esoteric N01-XD). that appeared to instal ok but it’s not working.

For Esoteric models, please check whether you have a corresponding base unit I/F firmware upgrade that should be installed, in addition to the network upgrade.

I'm asking Esoteric about this.

Scroll down and select "Firmware" tab, there is a new I/F firmware dated 2025-4-29 (or 28).

Under "Manuals" there is also an I/F Firmware Updater manual.

I had the same issue after the update. No worries here. I did a hard reset of the Lumin (unplugged it for about a minute, after letting the PS dump stored power for a minute) and then deleted the Lumin app on the device that didn't recognize it. Upon reinstallation of the Lumin app and powering back up? No issues ever since. FWIW.

This may not help with the Esoteric streamer (as I only have their transport), but you might want to try the same thing.

Thanks for the info. Having been a Lumin owner for many years, I tried that on my Esoetric but it didn’t work. Thankfully, I’m up and running after applying the file changes.
