lost Tidal icon on Lumin app

while playing music this afternoon i went from playing Tidal albums on my Lumin app tp the Roon app to play a track and then went back to the Lumin app and the Tidal icon link disappeared....i can't seem to get it back ..this has happened before ...
 
1. Please double tap the iPad home button, swipe away Lumin app and relaunch it.
2. In some cases, especially on an iPhone, you need to scroll the view selections horizontally to find the Tidal icon
3. In settings, you may also disable and re-enable the Tidal service.
 
Peter..I tried the first 2 points but to no avail. I could not find in the settings on the Lumin app where to turn on/off the Tidal service.also.. in the Roon app I cannot get the Lumin pic to populate the right bottom of the page.. I see a box speaker but cannot get the lumin pic to appear .i suspect this is the main problem.
 
Please power off your Lumin and Roon Core. Reboot your whole network. Wait for 5 minutes, then power them back up.
 
Peter..that worked..is that what i should do when/if this happens again..? Thanks ......again..dave
 
Yes, for anything abnormal that cannot be cured by swiping away the app and relaunching it. The periodic need to do this probably implies a piece of network equipment, e.g. router and/or switch, is imperfect in handling many network broadcast messages.
 
Superb service and advice from LUMIN once again. Thank you Peter. Another reason to love LUMIN.
