We are pleased to announce a strategic partnership between TIDAL (Audio) and TIDAL (High Fidelity Music Streaming), starting at the HIGHEND show in Munich.
 
All of these "owners and % owners of this new Tidal, I don't buy their music and really don't like there style of music and hope as Tidal does what ever Jay Z is moving towards, whatever that is, that Tidal is not going to turn into a streaming service dedicated to rappers & R&B music But so far I enjoy the music I can find But I will go only so far in paying for a service that doesn't have the musicians and groups I personally enjoy. All of the music that I like and my wife likes we either have the CD's or the LP's so time of my subscription appears to be limited. Time will tell.

Their own, Mep. It takes a lot of skill to turn yourself into an operation the size of "Madonna" or "Beyonce". This goes well beyond being paid for the act of recording music.

Finally got a response from Tidal. They must be inundated with support tickets. Previously it took 12-24 hours for customer support response.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. It was a misunderstanding we had with Apple due to the fee that Apple do put on top of our charge. We have now lowered the price so that it will be 9.99 and 19.99 for Apple Pay users as well.

You have to hand it to them for taking notice and taking action quickly on something like that.
