Alison Kraus and Union Station - Live
That is definitely a BEST. One of the few in which I own both formats. Excellent suggestion.:crackedout:
Alison Kraus and Union Station - Live
I saw them live at Stubbs. ca 2005, Stubbs had an audiophile-grade sound system you could hear for blocks. But it was tight. I actually went there for the system when they fresh installed the new stage then. not that big o deal but impressive. Actually it was impresive, and applauded. The band was good. Queens of the Stoners Age played soon after., or they were headliners. It goes so hazy now. Huge stage or maybe looked like it. hmm 25 foot wide? BBQ was passable but I do buy the jars at the supermarket. Mild and pedestrian but okay for dipping. Not gonna look one way or the other but nice to hear about Stubbs. ps. Emo's was where the rock was cookin.

I actually love live recordings...when recorded well.
Can't think of of a bad sounding one right off the top of my head, but this one is the best sounding one I've ever heard. The epitome of a you-are-there recording:

Is this one better than Jazz at the Pawn Shop?
