I much prefer the regular natural aluminum on Esoteric product. Actually on all gear.

I like the stealthy aspect of black too but not like this... aesthetically to me it's a bit of a turn off. I'm sure though there's someone out there who will appreciate the look [emoji15]

Actually, thinking more about it... the panel in top pic reminds me of a Formica countertop in an Executive Suites hotel room. The burgundy trim might pair nicely with a big burgundy sofa or leather chair...

Yes Mike but we are both missing the point! Don't you know this is not about aesthetics? You see, Esoteric uses a proprietary composite wood trim strategically positioned on and around the transport mechanism to further dampen the unit and improve performance. [emoji6]
