Let's see your ride

I love my Porsche 991.2 Carrera S, all black. Best car I owned.

You guys are lucky to have (test) drove 992. I was not able to get test drive of 992. They are just not there in showrooms. I test drove the 991.2 Carrera S and just loved it enough to buy it on spot. All round performance and comfort as daily driver. I am planning to order a Porsche 992 GTS all in. Takes 18-24 months to be delivered. Gosh..

I’ve been busy selling my wife’s toys like her pick up truck, her jeep, her camper and convinced her to buy a 2010 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S.

I told her I would I would add an aftermarket 3” lift kit,
wheels and new tires. I think she loves it! Hehehe……

Love it. I have a 2015 Cayenne Diesel that is among the best all around vehicles I have owned. From where did you source the lift kit?

My car just migrated to the parts dealer. Big end bearing of my 2009 325 broke.

Now I'm looking for a 2013/2015 Ford Focus. Second hand cars are bloody expensive a decent Focus 2.0 ecoboost with 100k KM on the clock 2014 will cost me 17K euro. To be honest not sure if a car should cost more then 15K euro.

5th Gen Honda VFR800FI. Öhlins rear suspension and custom-revalved front forks. 100 HP at the rear tire for a bike weighing ~500lbs (same power to weight as 600 HP for a 3000 lb car); quiet, fast, torquey, and handles like a dream. IMHO, one of the best motorcycles ever made by anyone, anytime.

Out for a ride in around Napa and Suisun Valleys...sunset after a beautiful day on beautiful twisty roads on a beautiful bike.

The ol' girl has been chugging right along. Now with 234,000+ miles on the clock and still running strong.

I just had a knock sensor and an O2 sensor go south a couple months ago, so I replaced both knock sensors and all four O2 sensors. Fuel pump, filter and regulator are next on the list. After that will be new pads and slotted rotors front and rear with braided lines. Next in line will be all new suspension components to replace the tired, nearly 23 year old rubber bushings. It's easier and cheaper just to replace all of the upper and lower control arms than press in new bushings. Last on the "near future" list is a full custom true dual exhaust with twin X-pipes, a couple of custom Helmholtz resonators and probably 3" pie-cut stainless tips.

Oh, and just last week, I had a bulb go out in one of my tail lights, so I purchased full LED tail lights instead of just a replacement bulb. LOL
