Kr kt150

Hola Mike.
I must understand that you will receive 6550 manufactured by KR?
If so, it would be great news for all of us who use 6550 NOS in our Audio Research Pre Amplifier.
It is increasingly difficult to find them.

I'm not sure of the question here. Are you asking me if I have tried the KR Audio KT88 (they don't call it 6550) in the ARC preamps? No. I haven't even tried them on anything yet. I will. I recently took three huge boxes of very rare NOS tubes on trade. I'm busy sorting through those.

For the ARC Preamps, I have a stash of Winged-C 6550's I need to try.

Lo que pregunto es si vas a recibir 6550 fabricado por KR.
Usted dice en una publicación anterior que le encargó a Eunice que fabricara 6550 y 6H30.

I have a feeling that Psvane might be working on KT150 tubes. There is a KT150 link on the site. But no products as of jet.

I just posted on the other forum so will just do copy/paste...

"Finally in the zenith of cold winter months in Europe, time has come to warm up the living room with some new toys and this time, no more and no less, in the form of the limited edition of KT150 tube, which was so far only available from TungSol.
Tubes are specially made by KR for LampizatOr and are within the physical limits of regular KT150 and of course within the tech spec of the TungSol ones which makes the rolling possible. Tube proudly cares the name of Riccardo Kron (RK) and it comes with all the perks from the rest of the RK series (300b, 242, PX4, 5u4g) meaning Zirconium coating, triple thickness glass, 9th degree of vacuum, etc.
I just received the quad so in the upcoming days/weeks I pronounce the winter tube rolling olympic games open..."
