I saw an interesting looking Integrated amplifier on A-gon and googled the manufacturer. From the Nederlands it seems.
Of course Very modern Star Wars design....cutting edge over the top modern art designs. Apparently also involved in vey high end recordings and .....writing instruments
Their catalog and some exceptional sound samples here:

I love the design. To be honest I don't know if anyone is actually selling their products. I'm Dutch but they have never been at any Dutch show. Prices are stratospheric.

I've seen them at various shows (including my show and Munich) but never had enough time to listen to have an opinion.

Killer looks for sho!

Very unusual designs. Closest I have come was a preamp built in a stainless steel toaster shell. Great WAF acceptance:lol:

The attached image in the OP looks like part of my vacuum cleaner.

Kostas Metaxas is Australian (Greek descent), I met him at a Stereophile show in LA around the mid/late '80s. looks-wise his early gear was a cross between Levinson and Burmeister. The internals were impressive and the over-all build quality resembled Goldmund of the day. He also manufactured an electrostatic speaker that was clearly inspired by the Martin Logan CLS--but on 'roids. it musta had at least twice the radiating area or roughly the size of Soundlab A1s. His passion is recording, he used a Studer and his own analog dubs for all of his demos. considering we've come full circle now with analog tape at the top of the source food chain as it were, Kostas was ahead of his time.
