Keep safe to all of our friends in Florida

Hoping you have done what you can at the shop, and that all of you in the area have moved elsewhere for today. It looks like a big storm surge.
 
Thx guys! The Sarasota area did ok - some localized flooding, rain and tropical storm winds.

Unfortunately, the Florida bend is just getting hit hard. Hope no fatalities and not too much damage.
 
Luckily it hit in a sparsely populated area of the state. My daughter is in Tampa & said it's not that bad there. Mike is an hour or so south of her. So hoping he's ok.

All good here, thanks guys. Looks like we got lucky and the storm stayed way north of us. We got modest wind and intermittent rain. Some debris, but thankfully nothing major.

30 minutes north of Tampa it was surprisingly calm compared to what it could have been.
In contact with an audio friend 40 minutes north in Brooksville and all is well there.

Thanks for thinking of us Floridians.
 
Not bad up my way, a little nip in the wind which is rather nice, not hardly any rain and a few outer bands started coming though with little wind around 10:30, but that's it.
