Wow, a bit of thought has clearly gone into this room with cables neatly tucked away and equipment hidden behind cabinet doors.

I find the lack of clutter particularly pleasing.

Will your remote control beam through the surface of the cabinet doors?

When you say the cabinet has built in isolation, how has that been effected?

We use an RTI radio frequency remote so no need for direct line of site or even having to point it.

The entire cabinet sits on 1/2" closed cell neoprene pads calculated to support weight at 3 lbs per sq. ft. Then the countertop
that the TT and tube equip. sits on is supported on the cabinet using the same neoprene pads to provide further isolation.
That countertop is constructed of 1 1/2" thick solid walnut laminated to a core of 1 1/2" thick Baltic Birch plywood using acoustic green glue. The countertop alone weighs almost 200 lbs. The cabinet is then fastened to the walls using a rubber isolation grommet.
Only premium grade hardwood core plywood was used, no mdf. I'll post some pics later showing how I ran conduit under the floor
to route wires and cables thru.
