You and me both, but considering I have yet to hear from them after several attempts, I'm not expecting much. However, this is a first. I just sent them another email, and this time I immediately received a conformation email of sorts from them with a "request" number. I never had that happen before.
When the Aries works, I love it. It looks good and sounds excellent. But damn... When it's doing this stuff, I just want to throw it out the window.

Have you tried assigning the Aries and the control device a static IP address especially on Xfinity. That resolved all my issues for good and glitch free for the last six months.
