I do not post often but decided to post some comments about Jim Smith, Ciamara Corp and Suncoast Audio. Firstly, I want to say what a wonderful group of people i have had the privilege to work with and support. Jim Smith helped me optimize my seating and speaker location. Sanjay from Ciamara has been my main electronics dealer and Mike from Suncoast helped me with room treatments. They are wonderful people who really care about their customer and not once did I ever feel I was not a priority to them. They always got back to me and followed up even after services.

Regarding Jim, about 2 moths ago he came over to help me optimize the placement of my speakers and couch. To say he took them to a new level would be an understatement. I am hearing so much more in the music than ever before. At the same time, the edge I would have heard previously on voices and instruments has totally disappeared - how the hell did this happen? The music is alive, dynamic and smooth. It makes me wonder how many people have tried to upgrade to improve their sound without optimizing the speaker and seating location. Further, how much of the speaker reviewer's comments are more about not ideal optimization of seating and speaker location than the speaker itself? Jim is a true master and a wonderful human being and I cannot thank him enough for his help and cannot recommend him highly enough. You will be amazed...

Sanjay has been my primary electronics dealer for a few years now. I knew I would be loyal to him when he always made me feel like I was one of his top priorities even though he has so much going on. When i was struggling with a right to left imaging issue that was coming somewhere down the chain from the speakers he drove to my house (over 3 hrs away) with extra cables, amps, etc. and helped me troubleshoot the issue and narrow down where the issue was. Even outside of sales he reaches out to me to see how things in general are going. I actually now consider him more than my dealer but also a friend. Unbelievable support!

Mike helped me with some Viscoustic room treatments. It was my first order with Mike and like Sanjay, made me feel like I was #1 in his crazy busy world. He would always followed up with me after the sale and asked to send pictures and asked how things sounded without me asking. Another wonderful person to do business with.

In summary, we are lucky to have so many good people in our industry. Many other industries are going in the opposite direction of customer support and loyalty and it is a shame. Jim, Sanjay and Mike are examples that you can have a successful business without compromising on customer service. It sure is good to know that this still exists.
