Since 1983, Jadis has earned worldwide recognition for its handcrafted construction, proprietary in-house transformers, distinctive gold-plated chassis, and natural, emotionally engaging musical presentation.
Under its new ownership, the company’s objective is to preserve the craftsmanship and sound that have defined Jadis for more than four decades while strengthening the organization behind its products.
“Jadis is more than a company; it is a monument to acoustic emotion and French luxury craftsmanship,” explains Jérémie Malfroot. “My vision is not to change the DNA of Jadis, but to fortify it.”
Jérémie brings more than two decades of international business development, manufacturing, and export experience to Jadis. His background with Teufelberger, a major Austrian industrial group recognized for advanced manufacturing standards and successful global operations, provides valuable expertise as Jadis prepares for its next stage of growth.
This experience will help Jadis preserve the human artistry and listening-based refinement essential to high-end audio while improving the areas most important to dealers and customers: manufacturing consistency, product availability, communication, service, and long-term support.
As part of this commitment, Jadis is investing in expanded research and development, improved production processes, enhanced customer communication, and stronger support for its worldwide network of distributors, dealers, and Jadis owners.
