Is Lovan OOB?

I've been trying to ID a used Stereo rack I bought, because I want a couple more levels...
Has LOVAN on the face of it ( a black triangular badge on a couple of the pieces)... Is a tri post mount (brass colored spikes and footers) with 3 different size face openings for stereo equipment, and black painted/stained wooden shelves (appears to be plywood)...
I have been emailing and calling LOVAN (and leaving voice messages) for months now; called distributors listed on their site in my area (NY) but they have not been doing business with them in years... Does anyone know - Are they OOB?
