IOS version question

Peter,
I have the first generation of the ipad mini and am running iOS version 9.3.5. I cannot upgrade to a newer version of iOS due to it being an older ipad mini. Am I missing out on any functionality of the Lumin app? Thanks.

For running Lumin app, nothing is missing as long as you're on iOS 8 or above.

If you want to try Roon some day, you need iOS 11 - that requires the purchase of a newer iPad.

Spotify app also requires iOS 11.
