Interview with Arthur from Arya Audio / RevOpods

Interesting interview and product. Since he did say Speakers first, can you do a comparison of the RevOpods vs IsoAcoustic GAIAs some time?

Thanks, Michael.

What is the price on them? Also, how are they tuned/adjusted for speakers of different mass?

I compared them to my IsoAcoustics feet and frankly was stunned at the difference. I'll discuss more in my full review, but the IsoAcoustics are no longer in use in any capacity in my system.

Honestly, he talked bout it but didn't go into each detail other than lots of trial and error. He also talks about what testing equipment he had access to.

I will tell you they worked well on both my 70lb Luxman and my 15lb ethernet switch. They actually made a huge difference on the switch which I was not expecting at all.

Hmmm....I need to talk to him about doing DOEs for product development. "Trial and Error" is so..."19th century". He could be way more effective in his R&D by performing DOEs.

The switch is much more susceptible to the impact of vibration than the Luxman. The clocks in the switch are very, very sensitive to the impact of vibration, so I'm not surprised at all.

I didn't get get into detail with him on it. He may have done that. It was a high level conversation and he talked a little about all the advanced equipment they used to make it measurable.
