Hello to all my new Audioshark forum friends,
My name is Birhan, i am 50 years. Live in the Netherlands. I have a beautifull sweet wife and togheter we have 3 children. I own a asbestos removal company. Life is good!
Now audiowise i am a huge newb. I am learning but dont ask me about ohm's, volts and/or frequenties
Always loved musik and 1 year ago with our new house build and all the connections in the walls set up we started our search for the sound that we would want to have at home.
It took almost a year to drive around and have audition sessions. We have listend to so many sets that it is to much to write down.
When we heared the Mcintosh MA9000, Sonus Faber Olympica III and Lumin T2 we both got chills (Angus and Julia stone, draw your sword, our Reference song).
We did continue our search but we could not find anything come close.
So almost 4 months passed and budget wise we went for the MA8900 but with the new SF Olympica Nova III and hopefully within the next couple of weeks a Lumin T2.
We bought the set hoping it would sound as good as it did in the store. At the moment our source is Panasonic 9004. I know, it is not good enough. But to us it already sounds so good we cant wait to have the Lumin set up!
So, there you have it, some background
I am here to learn and hopefully contribute some in the future..
Already pleased to know you all.. Rock on guys!
