Joe.......Geez, it's not even a full 12 ounce bottle anymore. Quantities shrinking and prices increasing seems to be the new normal. That being said, I may have to try this out.

That was my second and I had already drank some from that bottle. It's light and refreshing.

Darn shame I have developed a freaking gluten allergy, I got a few cases of these . I drink one about every 3 days, just one, other that that I break out, itch. But man its so good.

Hey Joe

Its only 2.5% alcohol. Why bother?

I have been drinking this in the summer for the last 3 years. It is basically a Breakfast Beverage but there is a proper way to enjoy it.

You start with a Frosty Pint Glass, add a little Ice, then a small pour (2 shots) of Tito's Vodka.

I call it a "TitoHofer"

Never heard of that. Looks interesting.

Ain't cheap, really not cheap. But hey if a person can afford $ Audiophile gear, this Ale is right in the ball park. Plus its 9%, but so tasty. "Deep amber to dark brown in color with a generous, creamy tan head, Belgian Strong Dark Ales deliver a range of rich, dark malt sweetness and toastiness, dark fruity esters, peppery phenolic spiciness and other sensory treats. As in most Belgian ales, these characteristics are all generally balanced nicely, with enough background hops to keep the sweetness in check.", pretty much sums it up.

I used to get these in the Magnum size, but as I got older I find I can't finish the whole bottle. There are a bunch of good Trappist Ales.

If you like funky cheeses, find a chunk of the one aged in beer. Wegman's used to have it.
