That's a fun idea, though like redsector, i would be worried about the heat. Seriously, in LA wouldn't they melt?! Note the fan inside!

If, as in the pic, the truck is used at night, then parked in shade or climate controlled garage, this might work well. But then there's humidity, dust, etc. not an audiophile's dream but a music lover's "food" truck :)

That pretty much describes most record stores I've been in. Always get the urge to sneeze.

I guess that's part of the fun isn't it , roaming around a record store while tripping over dirty record boxes in very tight aisle looking for that precious gem. Remember of a store where the owner chain smoked, needed a gas mask before entering the store and a full body and clothes wash when I got home.

The only two clean record stores around town are either very overpriced or have little interesting inventory.

^ missed you.

Missed our chats too Paul. I was there, just less often. Busy riding the bike and enjoying the music I guess.

Noticed you're having fun with new kit, I'm very glad you finally found what you were looking for.

I will give you a call sometime soon

i've never seen him, apparently he hangs out on the westside near the USC campus The Record Truck - Westwood - Los Angeles, CA | Yelp

no matter, LA is booming with vinyl stores I cant keep up with it. I scored a lot of vinyl last week at the last place I'd ever look, most of it was low ser. numbered classic LSC reissues and audiophile pressings. seems like we're going through a cycle where recent vinyl collectors are dumping (going back to digital?) my score was huge, all very desirable and way below online pricing.

Maybe we have source material flippers too.

And where was that place? The truck?
