Hi, I'm relapsing back into my audio addiction after about a two-year period of abstinence following a move to a new house. Very excited to be immersed in audio again and catching up on what I missed. I'm clearing the dust off my Lampizator Big 7, KR Kronzilla amp, TRL Dude preamp, and Audiokinesis speakers. Ran across this forum while researching tube rolling for my Lampi DAC. Glad to be here! Howard

Interesting, one of my friends uses a Lampi DAC into a Dude. He did have a 7, now he is up toward the top, forget which one.

You did hear the designer of The Dude and that line passed away?
 
Hi Mr. P, Does your friend still have the Dude. I think it is a great combination with the Lampizator . I got my Big 7 with volume control, thinking that I could sell the Dude and just run directly into my Kronzilla amp, but I found running through the Dude preamp gave more 3D presentation and a little more life to the music.
 
Hi Etunes, I'm in the city of Richmond. Moved here from CT almost 3 years ago. I haven't been to Virginia Beach yet, but hope to get down there this summer.
 
Thanks Dr Morbius, I've been spending more time checking out the site and really find it interesting and helpful.
