How to Increase Image Height?

Given a conventional point source speaker, and without changing electronics or speakers, how does one increase image height on the soundstage?

You can try to raise the rake angle of the front of the speaker.

A small block of wood under the front feet. Worth a try.

A lower chair will help too.

Wasn't there a series of articles in The Absolute Sound about a year of so ago that was dealing with digital audio setup? The authors were equating image height to sound quality. Not sure that I agreed with all of their results but it was an interesting approach.
