This thread got me wondering just how many analog tape recordings are available? So I googled -- and my brain working like it does, I stumbled on an article written by a recording engineer about which sounds better, analog vs digital recording. I learned a few things... I have no knowledge of mastering a recording, zero, zip, zilch. Completely and totally ignorant, but I found the article and comments intriguing. YMMV
