Since a isolator is an electrically insulating separation device for Ethernet-based networks. It disconnects all the electrically conductive connections between the connected network peripherals and the connected device, and typically provides protection against DC and AC voltages of 4 kV and greater.

I use Trip Lite N234-MI-1005 a cat6 hospital grade network isolator. Thanks to my sister who is a hospital director I didn't pay anything .

For sure. There is some great hifi stuff that started in the hospital world. Telegartner is an example as well.
