Seeing as how there is no such thing as hours meter for our stylus, I decided to make myself a little log and figured I'd share it so I finally contribute something.
Just refer to your cart manufacture for average lifespan.
Basically, every four records played you total up the time. That makes it easier to count.
I put instructions on it and it's pretty self explanatory. I'm going to use the average plying time of 45 minutes per record (some records may be more or less, but not enough for any big difference). That gives me roughly 3 hours every four records.
Feel free to use the log (just print it out and keep it by your turntable).
Let me know if you can't grab it and I'll ask Mike to help me make it available.
