I sold my S1 and in transit the two bolts which connect to the board somehow vibrated loose.

The purchaser needs to pull the top of case to reconnect the bolts, but is finding it impossible to do so.

Any hints on getting this case top off? I know it's meant to come off.

Thanks

He needs an extra long phillips screwdriver that is longer than the depth of the S1 power supply.

After the four screws at the back of the power supply have come off, slightly move the back panel off a little bit, so as to allow insertion of the long screwdriver to remove two screws at the top corners from the back side of the front panel. Then the top case can slide off.

Note that it is very difficult to put the front screws back on due to the depth.
