help with Manley Stingray sub out

Hi all, the sub out RCA's suddenly stopped working. Has anyone experienced this. I found unfortunately no help in the manual !
 
Are both channels not working? Are your tubes working? Have you checked all the fuses?

Hi, the Stingray was working fine till the subs stopped. The sub output is taken post-volume so the sub output tracks the main speakers. Both channels are dead so its something common to both.

The rest of the system works correctly, still getting great sound. The subs are active and have plate amps. Feeding the line-level output from my Oppo player into the subs proves there is no problem there, both subs work. With my DMM across the RCA interconnects which comes from the dedicated sub-out on the tube amp there is no output.

This amp is a nightmare to work on !

Have you by chance tried a Factory Default Settings Restore? May not do a thing to help, but worth a try......

Hi Sheltie1, I did not know a Restore option existed. Could you please explain how to go about it or provide a link. I will certainly try it.

mow - Manley also has this service form which can be submitted on their website if it would be easier for you.

Should be page 9 of your owner's manual....under the Standby Button section.
