Can anybody help please.
I have recently replaced my Innous Zenith 3 with a Lumin U2 and I have two issues:
1: I can't find the U2 on my network. The Innous, and a previous Melco, showed up immediately when connected...byt noy the Lumin.
2: I am now retired and, when I am not listening to music seriously, have BBC Radio 2 on playing, for background music. Problem, every now and then I get a signal 'drop-out' for no more than a second. This happens on a regular basis....every hour or so. I'ts 'totally' random.
Putting my Zenith back in the system the drop-out does not occur.

Help please.

2. In Lumin app settings - Player Options - About U2, scroll down, and try using a different setting for Google DNS.

1. If you cannot see U2 on the network from Lumin app, how did you play BBC radio?

1: Thank you for your reply, I'll try that. I have gone into the 'ABOUT' folder and the only thing pertaining to Google is 'Use Google DNS'... On or Off. It's set to On and if turned to Off everything drops out.

2: I use an iMac and a BT/EE router. When I go into 'Finder' and then 'Network' everything on the network shows up but not the LUMNI.
As I said before my Innous shows up, ad did my Melco before that.

Lumin U2 is NOT a network file server. You won't see it from computer OS Finder or File Explorer. You will only see it from Lumin app, UPnP controller app, Spotify / Tidal / Qobuz apps, Roon, Audirvana, or as an AirPlay receiver device.

The other two brands you mentioned are different types of devices from Lumin U2.
