HD Tracks-Not available in your Country??

Happy 4th to all.
Just curious has anyone else noticed that at least half of some downloads on my account for HD Tracks repeatedly are classified as "Not available for your Country". I have not been on site for a while but is it my settings or some type of new restrictions. Would love any workaround or insight.

I buy two downloads (rock) every Friday and haven't had that problem.

Very odd- please try the latest Willie Nelson or Ray LaMontagne if you get a chance as I also live in bay area-just curious if upper right hand corner says unavailable in your country. HD tracks has not responded but this is a holiday weekend.
