Hi All,
Thanks for having me in here. I've been a bit of an audio nut since I was given me dad's Sugden A21 whe I was young (I still have it). I have two systems. A modern system consisting of a Rose Streamer, LAiv Harmony DAC and Rose GaNfet class D amp into Neat Acoustics Iota Xplorer speakers. Though I love it clean musical sound, it doesn't give me 'messing about room' so I have my vintage set up which is an 1983 Phillips CD101, Rogers LS6A speakers and an ever rotating list of amps that I repair and restore. I've become a bit of a yamaha nut and love working on them.

I must admit I've never heard any of the new stuff. All my work has been on 1970s kit. I have a ca-2010 that was in a sorry state. It still looks battered but my god it sounds good now.
