Finally got my bass and subwoofer issues sorted out thanks to the SVS Outlet Sale this week... Got a matching SB-16 Ultra to pair with the one I've had for several years, and got a matching JL e112 for the one I've had for about a year now.
Prior to this I've had multiple configurations and multiple placement issues working with 5 different subs (SB16, 2 SB2000s, 1 JL e112), and I have consistently had these subs battling against each other in the same system, using Anthem Room Correction and various amp pre outs and AV Inputs/Bypass, etc.
Turns out all I ever needed to do was pair 2 SB 16s in the front of the room to the home theater gear, and pair 2 JL e112s in the front of the room to the Uniti Nova's pre out. Absolutely solved all my nulls and EQ issues and I'm getting flat home theater bass down to 16Hz, with solid, transparent 2 channel audio bass from the JL's reaching toward 20 Hz. It sounds positively amazing, and the Nova/Rival combo is a match made in heaven. I don't know why I didn't bite the bullet and simplify things like this much sooner... but it has definitely locked in the final missing piece of both systems and I couldn't be happier.
