Joe Rogan, had tested positive for COVID on Sunday. Threw the kitchen sink at the virus as he worded it. Monoclonal antibodies, Vitamin drip, Z-Pack, and that HORSE drug Ivermectin that the media is making a fuss about (it has been around 40 years and has been called a wonder drug saving countless lives in various countries)

Anyways... Glad to hear Joe Rogan is OK and tested negative within days!

Difficult to say what helped the most... But.. Good for Joe to do what he felt was best for his body.




I know this much....

An antibody test may not show if you have a current infection because it can take 1–3 weeks after the infection for your body to make antibodies.

"Horse Drug"... :rolleyes: report that Ivermectin, an FDA-approved anti-parasitic previously shown to have broad-spectrum anti-viral activity in vitro, is an inhibitor of the causative virus (SARS-CoV-2), with a single addition to Vero-hSLAM cells 2 h post infection with SARS-CoV-2 able to effect ~5000-fold reduction in viral RNA at 48 h. Ivermectin therefore warrants further investigation for possible benefits in humans.
 
I am sure Joe Rogan did not self medicate. I am sure he has a health care professional who sees things just a bit differently than Doctor Mike on youtube...

Main thing is the dude is fine! Good for him. I like his voice of reason in the sea of madness.
 
We can add opinions of a hundred more docs. Joe Rogan beat COVID in under 5 days. Nuff said?
 
Spreading nonsense like this does not help things. It does more harm than good. My wife is a nurse on the Covid ward, working 17 and 18 hour shifts. Back to back to back. I hear the stories daily from her. You know who the busiest person on the Covid ward is? The Priest.

THIS GUY DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE HELL HE IS TALKING ABOUT. Him spreading this crap only fuels misconceptions.

Please stop encouraging it. As the Doctor in the last link stated, he could have had the exact same result with none of that other stuff.

Christ, it’s like a game of whack a mole over here.
 
Israel is extending the vaccine passports for 6 months after "boosters". If folks want to visit restaurants, gyms, other public places... At the same time releasing studies how the natural immunity post infection is at least 13 times better than vaccine acquired immunity. I have posted links to those studies in previous discussions.

So my question is... What comes after 6 months post Boosters? More boosters? Boosters for LIFE now? It is making less and less sense as time moves forward. When does it all end?
 
Yes, let’s all believe a radio talk show host rather than an army of medical doctors and scientists. And when someone does need urgent care, let’s send them to those same radio talk show hosts for treatment.

It’s important to understand this virus and mutations and that’s why the boosters are needed. Try keeping an open mind and learning something about it. It’s mutating and also, mRNA vaccines don’t last forever. A booster is required.

Perhaps this chart will convince those thinking some concoction of vitamins is all you need. Yes, many are lucky and get over Covid. But those who are not so lucky can see a very painful death.

Mike, I know about all that. I spent decades in the medical field. My friend is also a Respiratory Therapist (unvaccinated as are other 1400 employees in the healthcare system seeking religious exemptions as the only way out of this forced vaccine scenario)

I am all for the vaccines for appropriate risk groups. Unfortunately, they have no choice! As Dr. Wolensky, the director of CDC, herself has claimed during the announcement for Boosters.. Immunocompromised people were not helped by the vaccines.... no chance for them... :(


We know the risk groups and what kind of comorbidities were present in the 90% of the population that perished from COVID... Let's just say far from healthy for the most part (few exceptions here and there of course)


It really makes zero sense to be forcing vaccines on the whole population outside of "risk groups"


If one is to FOLLOW SCIENCE then THIS IS REAL SCIENCE...

The new analysis relies on the database of Maccabi Healthcare Services, which enrolls about 2.5 million Israelis. The study, led by Tal Patalon and Sivan Gazit at KSM, the system’s research and innovation arm, found in two analyses that never-infected people who were vaccinated in January and February were, in June, July, and the first half of August, six to 13 times more likely to get infected than unvaccinated people who were previously infected with the coronavirus. In one analysis, comparing more than 32,000 people in the health system, the risk of developing symptomatic COVID-19 was 27 times higher among the vaccinated, and the risk of hospitalization eight times higher.

“The differences are huge,” says Thålin, although she cautions that the numbers for infections and other events analyzed for the comparisons were “small.” For instance, the higher hospitalization rate in the 32,000-person analysis was based on just eight hospitalizations in a vaccinated group and one in a previously infected group. And the 13-fold increased risk of infection in the same analysis was based on just 238 infections in the vaccinated population, less than 1.5% of the more than 16,000 people, versus 19 reinfections among a similar number of people who once had SARS-CoV-2.

No one in the study who got a new SARS-CoV-2 infection died—which prevented a comparison of death rates but is a clear sign that vaccines still offer a formidable shield against serious disease, even if not as good as natural immunity. Moreover, natural immunity is far from perfect. Although reinfections with SARS-CoV-2 are rare, and often asymptomatic or mild, they can be severe.

Every time Mike shuts down one of the covid threads started by Serge, he just starts a new one. He’s like a weed, he just keeps popping back up. Where’s the audiophile equivalent of Round Up when you need it?
 
I will say it again. Any more political garbage like this from anyone will result in the person being banned from the forum......Period!
