Finally they show up on the Shark! Gauder (previously known as Isophon) is one top brand in Europe! Gauder is on the very top of many lists on this side of the pond.
They use the finest materials, drivers from ceramics and diamond. Really good!

Congratulations Wizard:congrats:

Hans - I've been looking at this brand VERY closely! I like what I've seen and heard.

And you should Mike! I cannot wait to see the photos of a set of Berlina's in your main listening room.

Gauder + Vitus means very good sound

So does Gauder + AVM

And I think this set-up with Constellation will perform nicely too :)

Thank's for the great pictures! I hope to see and hear the RC3 at the Munich show next month.

Concerning amplification of the Gauder speakers, I've always been torn between valve and solid state amplification with Gauder speakers. Onestly speaking I was not always enthusiastic about the combination of of Gauder speakers (Cassiano, Berlina RC7 and RC11) with valve amplification at the Munich shows. The sound lacked considerably bass control and the highs were a tad to harsh, but I guess that was mostly due to the very big room at the show, pushing the valves a bit too much.

I'm currently using the Pass XA 100.5 with my Berlina RC7 D and I'm totally happy, giving a very transparent non-fatiguing sound with lovely mids.

Welcome to the forum Audiophon. Thank you for joining.

Thank you Joe!

I am very curious how the small Berlina will sound on the Munich fair. Last year the Gauder Berlina speakers were demoed in 3 different rooms: the Gauder and AVM room with - obviously - AVM electronics, in the Vitus room and in the Alluxity (company of the son of Hans-Ole Vitus) room.

Already had the chance to listen these brandnew Berlina RC 3 in Munich last month.
Absolutely precise with an enormous bass taking into account the small size of the speaker.
Congrats to Mr. Gauder and his team!

Did you by chance listen to the Gauder at 'Zurdrittendimension'?

RC 3 will be reviewed in the next issue of the German magazine Stereoplay.
