A recent rash of audio appreciation has led me here. I was surfing the web for 'stereo' equipment and forums before I found Audioshark. I hope to find a friendly community to help me build my rack as I move forward with this.
Right now I am running a Sony STR-DE197 stereo receiver with a pair of Axiom M3v2 bookshelf speakers and a Yamaha YST SW216 sub. Very happy but I'm looking to add an integrated amplifier, a tuner,(then dump the Sony) a CD player and a tape deck. I'm not into vinyl so I don't see myself getting a turntable but hey....you never know.
The sub is the last piece I purchased. It was new and so was the speakers and the receiver when I bought them.
