Here is a question....
Finally got around last night to mounting a new Lyra Delos on a VPI Classic 2. Using the VPI jig the Lyra is bang on (again according to the jig) using a digital stylus gauge the tracking force is also measuring between 1.7-1.8 (as recommended by Lyra), and lastly using the Fozgometer both channels are now reading equal (after some counter-weight fine-tuning) - in other words based on all measurements everything is reading/showing correctly and it sounds great.
Now for the question....
When looking head-on at the Lyra on the uni-pivot JMW tone-arm the cartridge is tilted (read leaning) towards the left (or showing a counter clockwise lean) by a fair bit. In other words it just doesn't look right.
Although the measurements/sound is good I am thinking I have a setup problem somewhere - any ideas or just go with it?
Many thanks in advance.
