Forum glitch?????

Hi Mike
When I log on, I get a page that says Invalid Redirect URL. I'm not getting directed to the forum main page but when I click on the forum tab at the top of the page, the main page comes up and I'm logged on.

I'm wondering if this is just me or is it happening to others. Please let me know.

Bob, I'm always logged in. And AS is on my top main line of Favorites, so each time I click on its logo, I am instantly directed to the latest news (posts) from my main logged in page.

IF! ...I encounter any issues, I periodically delete my browsing history, and useless stuff.
AND! I sometimes do a reset (modem/router and all).

Keep us informed on your results.
The more details you provide the more chance we can help.
 
I clear my cache every time I'm going offline. This is the first I've been online in a few days, and it's still happening. I'm using firefox(which is up to date). It's also happening on internet explorer.

I'm using a Dell laptop with windows 7.
 
Bob, is this happening everywhere you visit, or just here at the Shark?

Did you try Google Chrome?

I'm IBM myself (with Windows XP). ...I'm also wired.

* I never log on, like I said before, I always click on the AudioShark forum tab, from my page's top. ...Then I'm always automatically logged on.
Maybe you do the same too, so that you can fly straight and cool. :)
 
This is a common bug with vbul.

After u get the invalid redirect just click on the shark icon and it will keep u logged in for normal browsing.
 
I don't know what happened, but three times within the last 20 minutes, I was unable to load the forum. I got a page saying this website is currently unavailable.

I was about to shut my laptop down, but figured I'd give it one more try. Bingo!!!!! I logged on and no more page saying Invalid Redirect URL.

I can only think that AS was unavailable due to some maintenance being performed.

Everything seems to be operating smoothly now.
 
Something is really screwy here:weird::weird: I logged off, cleared my browser and immediately logged back on.

Guess what. The Invalid Redirect URL page is back.

Guys....we are having "issues" with the new provider. Long story. Everything should be better now. Thanks for your patience.

I don't know what's going on, but I'm still getting the Invalid Redirect URL page. Maybe the problem is on my end. When I log on, I should get the page that says "thank you for logging on, then it should direct me to the main forum page but it's not.

I'm stumped.
 
I just got an email saying I had a new pm. But when I came on to read it there was not any new messages. Don't know if that's a glitch or not. Just letting you know.
 
Just 30 seconds ago I couldn't access the aquarium (Shark site) at all! :panic:

EDIT: And now that I just posted this post, I was ejected; saying that the URL is invalid!
I had to shut down everything and regain access.

2nd EDIT: All good after that short interlude that lasted only very few short minutes.

P.S. Mike, are you supplying new laptops for people like Bob who are experiencing difficulties accessing your site? ;)
