Florida Audio Expo Show Report

Here's a link to about 130 photos that I took of most of the rooms we visited (some twice or more). Photographically, the light is artificial and harsh and just not good and one doesn't want to interrupt others visit to a room with photo stuff, so it kind of is what it is. These have been cropped a little and adjusted for light a little, but no color processing, etc. I took more pictures of things that were either sonically or visually interesting to me, but that's not a comment on anything I didn't photograph or anything of which I took several photos. You can download any of these you like for free and send the link to others. I think you can also buy prints (although they aren't that good), but I get no $$ if you do so. There is a button to watch it in slide show mode if you'd like. If you want the compressed MP3 via cheap ear buds and a bluetooth connection experience. watch it on your phone. If you want the uncompressed digital or vinyl version on a nicer rig experience, view these on a full screen (largest you've got, preferably with good color). Enjoy. It was a fun show.

We’ve had a tonne of positive comments on all our rooms. All individual tastes at the end of the day.

Ocean Way iirc, out of California. If I have time today I'll confirm. You can see the electronics in my post of that room. AGD Productions or something like that. I really liked that room.

Opinions are fine, and as long as rudeness is acceptable, based on your frequent gear swapping and hyperbole about how each change results in a huge improvement (with what most would characterize as mid-level components) your opinion about Mike's rooms could probably be taken with a few grains of salt ;)

@chops - I have to take any review you would give with a grain of salt. Your system isn’t exactly full of high end components (neither is mine) so I I don’t put much credibility in your review. Some people are reviewers and some should stay on the side line and keep their opinions to themselves.

Mid-level to me are like Focal Sopra, Magico A series, Wilson Sabrina, Pass A or X series amp, many PS Audio products, definitely not Emotiva amp, etc.
