All,

Realizing that the audio expo is only one week away, we wanted to check if there would be interest in getting together for dinner on Saturday evening. Dinner would start between 6:30 - 7:00 pm in one of the restaurants located within walking distance from the expo hotel - Season’s 52(American bistro), Maggianos (Italian) or Besitos (Tex/Mex).

Please let us know by end of day tomorrow so we can arrange.

Hah! I've been emailing Mike re this. We've booked a large table at Seasons 52 (across street from the show) on Sat for 630 PM. Unfortunately, they can only accommodate 16 max.

Alan, I was able to get another table for 14 at 6pm under my name. Those not working rooms can perhaps be there for 6pm.

One table is under Alan’s name and one is under mine.

OK, now we have 2 tables accommodating 30 total (one for 14 @ 6 PM, one for 16 @ 6:30 PM). We'll sort out seating arrangement that evening. Currently 26 RSVP's, so only 4 slots left.
