Firmware updates

I would say: Set on "Check out for updates" (it's my translation from french) in the Lumin options and relaunch.
Home: Focal Scala Utopia, Primaluna HP Premium, Lumin X1
Cottage: Devore Orangutan 0/96, Pathos TT Aniversary, Lumin D1
I'm only a user. In that case, I would reinstall it.

What firmware number are you running ?
Normally you should do nothing when you have set it to look automatically for firmware updates , it will tell you when there is one.

I have 11.4?
When I turned it on this morning it said 12.1.? was available but I skipped. Now I want to perform the update but it doesnt want to prompt me again
Very weird 11.4 to 12.1?... I still got the 11.4 version

Turn the power switch off at the back wait a minute and turn it back on. It should search for and find the update.
At the time of this post, Lumin never released firmware 12. The 12 you see is most likely an iOS update. For iOS (or any computer OS) - you don't have to update it unless you want to.
I have version 11.4 , and as Peter said it is more likely an IOS update you looked at as it is infact 12.1...

Yes it was IOS, I upgraded my phone and iPads with it several days back.
