I have been racking my brains trying to remember what my old turntable was... probably my favorite piece of all time...

I had a SME III tonearm and Grace F9 Ruby cartridge on it....


God I miss that table... all those albums in the cabinet below the system are direct disk, Sheffield labs, Mobile Fidelity, master recordings, etc.


Audionics mono amps, Technics Pro tuner, Nakamichi deck, KEF 104aB speakers!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No clue what that funky little pre-amp was but boy it sounded great!!!!
By the way... the ORIGINAL VPI record cleaner ....

I have been driving myself crazy trying to figure out what that table was ...

I always loved my KEFs. Just getting back into this crazy hobby and I found out about the KEF LS50s.... had to get a pair!

I remember I built at less two pairs of KEF 104aB kits in my youth - I traveled to the UK with friends using inter-rail passes during the holidays to get the kits!
