That is why I have steered clear of Fezz and LAB-12. Of course the dealer support is key and TMR is deep with Fezz...

I've been curious about Fezz but totally out of the loop, other than I like they way they look. And their choice of working with Lampizator for their Equinox DAC. What's the story with bad reliability or customer service issues?
