In your case, probably not. Since you're not streaming video, and the Ethernet data is buffered and error-corrected, it turns out it's already effectively bit-perfect, so an isolator is unlikely to change the sound unless you actually have a ground or noise problem.

Noise (and to a lesser extent maybe timing) IS the problem for streaming audio - it's not data integrity.
