ETALON streaMer and other simplistic audio server

Hi,

I am looking for a simplistic yet well built audio server/streamer.

I saw this one that just went out :

It can be sold with an ethernet filter and / or a PSU.

I will try it soon (I am awaiting for a new preamp....) but does anyone has heard of any similar device ? Etalon does Hifi gear usually, so this elementary approach is as odd as welcome....
Ideally I want no dac, no SSD incorporated, no optical out, but coax, USB or even AES.....
I would like it to be compatible with spotify (or Tidal), and possibly drivable from a tablet or a smartphone....

Well thank you, I didn't have every one on the phone yet, I cross fingers.... After Charlie Eebdo and against people simply listening to music in a concert hall.... well ... how to stop it ?

I just ordered a BP 17 with phono option ... to work with the MC275... the opposite od joe's advice (tube preamp on bryston SS)... but one got to learn by himself...

As for the etalon streamer the guy I had on the phone knew very well what he was saying, but I still don't see the difference with an apple TV for instance except the absence video output.. I didn't like the sound via the apple TV to my BDA2...
He said the ethernet filter brings the sound quality up to only 10 % ... The PSU 10 % and the main steamer accounts for the remaining 80...

I might end up buying a lumin but I am trying to find something simple to associate with flash memory...

The more complicated the machine the more design and components are needed to correct disturbances brought about by the features...

What if the hard drive of a 6000 € lumin breaks down ? the third year when there is no more waranty ?
