If it wasn't broke by Stereophile I wouldn't have believed it. I'm still in shock. A story that wasn't supposed to be released until 7/8 apparently Dynaudio is closing their North American arm of the company. That's all I know perhaps the article will release to provide more context.

Please chime in if you find anything.

This is definitely a shock. Having owned several pairs of Dynaudio speakers in the past I have always had a fondness for the brand. They have received recent praise for their active speaker performance, but the overall product evolution has been slow.
Hopefully in the future they will return to the North American market.
