Does Meridian Explorer 2 work with Aurender?

Has anyone tried it? Meridian states the Explorer 2 requires a connection to Mac or PC (w/ driver).

I'm just wondering if one could connect the Explorer 2 to a N100H or N10 and play MQA through it? Or would the Explorer 2 not "see" the Aurender (obviously it's not a Mac or PC).

Update: yesterday I connected a Meridian Explorer 2 dac to the Aurender and started to play a MQA track. The dac immediately recognized the MQA and fully decoded it...it worked! Pleasantly surprised...
